Teerai Alex Marange’s career spans 40 years across Commerce and Industry over half of in Internal Auditing Leadership. Teerai is a holder of, among other qualifications MBA (Zimbabwe Open University), ACIS (Institute of Chartered Secretaries), AIOB (Institute of Bankers), and HND- Business Studies (Harare Polytechnic). Teerai worked for Cimas (Zimbabwe’s then-largest medical aid society) from 1981 and left in 1999 as a senior internal auditor having worked in Claims, Finance, and Treasury. He joined The Cotton Company of Zimbabwe (Cottco) in 1999 through 2015 exiting the Internal Audit Executive. Teerai joined Curechem as Internal Audit Manager in the fall of 2015 before migrating to Operations at Curechem Mozambique Limitada fall of 2017 as Country Head leading the sole agro chemicals formulation plant in Mozambique. Teerai transformed from a career internal auditor to an accomplished brand ambassador in Mozambique involving marketing, sales, and production of agrochemicals including procurement, imports and exports, PR, HR, and Administration.
